LightCog currently ships to addresses within the United States.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, after payment has been confirmed.
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after the cut-off time are generally processed on the next business day.
Estimated transit time is 5–12 business days after the order has been shipped.
We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier issues, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
LightCog accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.
Returned products generally must be new, unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We provide a free return shipping label for eligible mail returns and do not charge a restocking fee.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for refund processing after the return has been approved.
