Shipping Policy

At LightCog, we want you to know what to expect after placing an order with us. We currently ship to customers throughout the United States. Below you’ll find information about how we process orders, shipping times, tracking, and possible delivery delays.

Order Processing

We usually process orders within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, after your payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed after our 5:00 PM EST cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days for order processing.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is 5–12 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Because delivery times are estimates, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use the tracking information to follow your package and check its latest delivery status.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days or you have questions about your shipment, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to get your order to you within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, occasional delays can happen because of:

• High order volumes
• Severe weather
• Carrier or logistics issues
• Other circumstances outside our control

If a carrier delay occurs, we will do our best to assist you, but LightCog cannot be responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
